        民發(fā)瑞際酒店是由民發(fā)實業(yè)集團有限公司投資興建，集住宿、餐飲、會議、康樂于一體的會議型高端、輕奢五星級酒店。220米超高層的酒店，建筑面積11萬余平方米，擁有各類客房約600間。中西餐廳以及風味餐廳共1700余平方米，可同時容納700人就餐，中餐包廂配有16個各具風格的豪華包廂，無柱多功能會議大廳占地約1500平方米。另有中小型會議室10個。酒店空中玻璃天幕游泳池、健身中心、棋牌室等設施一應俱全。地下停車場近千個車位，為賓客帶來便利。酒店地下一層為員工的生活區(qū)域和文化娛樂區(qū)域。

        Minfa Ruiji Hotel is invested and built by Minfa Industrial Group Co., Ltd. It is a high-end, light luxury five-star hotel that integrates accommodation, catering, conferences and recreation. The 220-meter super high-rise hotel has a construction area of more than 110,000 square meters and has about 600 rooms of various types. The Chinese and Western restaurant and the flavor restaurant total more than 1,700 square meters, which can accommodate 700 people at the same time. The Chinese food box is equipped with 16 luxurious boxes of various styles. The column-free multifunctional conference hall covers an area of about 1,500 square meters. There are also 10 small and medium meeting rooms. The hotel's sky glass canopy swimming pool, fitness center, chess room and other facilities are all available.
